This 45-minute class begins with gentle chair yoga followed by a mindfulness practice and yoga discussion. Each month the class will focus on a specific yoga teaching and how to apply ancient studies in our modern world. This class is free with registration.
In traditional yoga practice, teacher & student work together establishing exactly where you are today. Your private sessions will move you beyond the physical movement offering tools that you can apply immediately creating positive habitual transformations.
