Private Session

Your online private will include:

  • One 1hr, 10min Private
  • A structured practice will be written and emailed.
  • One 20 minute follow-up one week afterwards via phone or zoom; client preference.
  • Optional: Coordination with your healthcare provider. Please mention in checkout "comment."
