Introduction to Yoga & its Roots
With thousands of hours teaching and observing students, Certified Yoga Therapist, Amy Jarvis is offering a four week online/interactive series for beginners and experienced yogis looking to review the roots of posture, breath & meditation. Each week Amy will introduce and build upon the many benefits of yoga.
