Yoga Therapy provides the harmony and balance of physical and mental therapies in one using the tools taught over 2000 years ago. Such tools include asana, pranayama (breath work), meditation, the Ayurveda system of health and much more as the study of yoga has the ability to adapt to anyone who desires whole wellness.

Working independently with Amy is the original format of the ancient yoga practice -the teacher/student relationship.  Together through discovery we aim for recovery from illness and preventative care.
